I’ve supported IB students with Extended Essays for six years, mostly in English, History and Psychology. My sessions usually start with the research question because that is where most problems begin. I help students narrow the topic, organise sources, plan chapters and edit academic wording without taking over the work. I’m also careful with citations, reflections and the final presentation before submission.

Hi, I tutor the IB Extended Essay and I’m usually brought in when a student has a rough idea but no clear structure yet. I’m good with messy first drafts, half-finished outlines and research questions that are too broad. Lessons are practical: we look at the actual document, fix the argument, check the evidence and make a simple plan for the next section. I mainly work with humanities and social science EEs.

My background is in academic writing and research methods, and I’ve worked with IB Extended Essay students across Economics, Business Management and Global Politics.
